Meet Your Life Coach
Hi, Friends! First and most importantly, I’m a beloved daughter of an Almighty Father. I’m a devoted wife to my husband of forty years, mother of six incredible children, and grandmother to four adorable grandchildren. I’m a Secular Carmelite, an active member in parish life, and local community.
My background is in Business Management and Administration, with extensive experience in leadership, management and team building, recruitment, project administration, event coordination and evangelization. I’m a motivated, creative, enthusiastic leader gifted in directing, educating, planning and development. I have over 25 years of business and parish ministry experience, am a trained Spiritual Guide and Strengths Champion ICF aligned certified life coach. I have a compassionate listening heart ready to encourage and empower you to reach the heights for which you were created. One of my greatest passions is helping individuals discover their God-given talents and leveraging opportunities to use them for the mission God has designed.
Family is the central most important part of my life. I firmly believe all graces flow richly from God through my vocation as a wife and a mother. As a Spiritual Companion, I draw deeply from love of my Catholic faith, personal prayer life, and Carmelite spirituality to guide souls in discerning the movements of the Holy Spirit in their hearts. In my spare time I enjoy long walks, coffee and chatting with friends, nestling up with a good book, board games, and sipping red wine.

Catholic Life Coaching helps individuals identify and achieve personal, professional and spiritual goals. The coach provides a confidential space and opportunity for increased self-knowledge, confidence, clearer direction, and greater fulfillment. Life Coaching is a creative, thought provoking, collaborative process exploring a person’s situation, desires, aspirations and greater vision. Coach and client work together in developing strategies and practical steps in reaching those goals.
Life coaching is always tailored to the clients needs. Practical assessments such as The Four Temperaments (sanguine, choleric, melancholic, phlegmatic) and Clifton Strengths may be incorporated to help provide insight into an individual’s natural inclinations, strengths, talents and areas for growth.
Catholic life coaches often incorporate prayer, Scripture, and Catholic teachings on virtues, morality, and the Sacraments into the coaching process. The aim is to help clients grow not only in worldly success, but in holiness and deeper relationship with Christ.
Ultimately, Catholic life coaching seeks to empower individuals to live authentically as children of God, fulfilling their unique purpose in His plan. The coach acts as a companion and co-creative partner on the journey of spiritual transformation.
